THE INSIDE LOOK at the 38th Annual Marin Designers Showcase
Join Aprilanne for "California Living's" INSIDE LOOK at the 38th Annual Marin Designers Showcase and see how designers transformed a 100+ year old, 6,500 square foot "summer cottage" into an elegant estate for Showcase.
The Auxiliary for the Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership of Marin the volunteer group behind the success of this annual fundraising event is this month's nonprofit organization IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Includes interview with Center CEO Linda Davis, interview with HGTV Designer Cathleen Gouveia in the master bedroom, and an overview of the following 2007 design spaces:
- The works of Hershon Hartley Design, Inc. in the Living Room & Entry (Photos above and below taken in the living room and entry designed by Hershon Hartley Design, Inc.,of San Anselmo, CA.)
- Designer Lynn Amon in the formal dining room
- Cunningham Design's Eco-styled Sitting room

"Color Therapist" Mike Galatolo, ColorFast of Marin makes a "House-Call" and tells us about some of the techniques used in featured design spaces and gives us tips on how we can create the "designers look" in our own homes.
